Living in an Orange County beachfront condo community is like being on a perpetual vacation. The cadence of waves slapping the shoreline provides a soothing soundtrack, and the infinite blue waters, the invigorating sea air and the feel of sand in between your toes makes every day feel like a holiday. Consider some more benefits of living in a condo on the beach in Orange County.

Now that we've sold you on the benefits of living on the beach, we have to now say that the choices are limited in Orange County, especially considering how much coastline there is.  Much of the beachfront is public access (to that we say hooray!), but choices are limited even across the street. However, here are three condo communities that are definitely worth checking out:

Laguna Royale is a small, exclusive condo complex overlooking the beach in Laguna Beach. As for onsite amenities, Laguna Royale has an ocean-view pool, spa, gym, private storage room and underground parking structure. The condo has a 24-hour onsite security patrol and is pet-friendly.
