Most of the condos have grand golf course and mountain views. These are spacious one story homes built with the avid golfer in mind.

The Marbella Country Club is a private, championship golf and tennis club. This par 70 course was designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf and features waterfalls, lakes and an undulating terrain which is as challenging to golfers of all levels as it is beautiful. Of course, golf course views aren't for everyone. Errant balls can endanger a window. You might not like golfers looking back at you. And, of course, there is some noise from the maintenance workers who keep the course in pristine shape. But for others, these inconveniences are well worth it in exchange for the views.
